About the Job
Green Care Project is a multidisciplinary landscape practice delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Draftsperson to join our Design team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
Working closely with our Landscape Architects, Construction team and external consultants, you will prepare accurate technical drawings and documentation to support the successful delivery of landscape and built environment projects.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing accurate architectural and landscape drafting documentation using AutoCAD.
  • Producing detailed technical drawings, plans and construction documentation.
  • Modifying existing drawings to incorporate approved design changes.
  • Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, site surveys and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal Design, Construction, Estimation and Administration teams throughout project delivery.
  • Liaising with architects, engineers and consultants to translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings.
  • Conducting site visits where required to assist with design coordination and resolve drafting-related queries.
  • Preparing documentation for council approvals
  • Maintaining high drafting standards with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A Diploma in Drafting, Design, Architecture or a related qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience working as an Architectural Draftsperson.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and other BIM software would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
